  • 24 ounces raw peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 diced green pepper
  • 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red lobster seafood seasoning
  • 16 ounces claw crabmeat
  • 16 ounces imitation crabmeat
  • 16 ounces imitation lobster meat

Method

Follow the steps in order for the best result.

  1. Boil the raw shrimp for approximately 5 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Ensure they are fully cooked.
  2. If desired, cut the cooked shrimp into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Place the shrimp in a glass bowl and refrigerate to chill.
  3. Dice the green pepper and place it in a large glass bowl.
  4. Thinly slice the celery ribs and add them to the bowl with the green pepper.
  5. Dice the onion and add it to the bowl containing the green pepper and celery.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the Hellmann's mayonnaise, black pepper, and red lobster seafood seasoning. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed throughout the mayonnaise.
  7. Gently break apart the claw crabmeat, imitation crabmeat, and imitation lobster meat. Add these to the large bowl with the vegetables, along with the chilled shrimp from the refrigerator.
  8. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together, ensuring the seafood and vegetables are well coated with the seasoned mayonnaise. Taste the salad and add additional seafood seasoning or pepper as needed to suit your personal preference.
