Follow the steps in order for the best result.
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare two 9x5-inch loaf pans by greasing them thoroughly.
Grate all of the cheeses so they are ready to incorporate into the bread.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, dry mustard, and Italian herbs. Whisk these dry ingredients together until well combined.
Set aside 1/2 cup of the white cheddar, 1/2 cup of the Gruyere cheese, and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan. This reserved cheese will be used for topping the loaves. Add the remaining cheeses to the flour mixture, and use your fingers to ensure that all the cheese is coated with flour.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the beer, sour cream, tomato juice, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently mix with a spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared loaf pans. Use a spatula to gently press down on the batter in each pan. Sprinkle the reserved cheese evenly over the tops of both loaves.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the bread is done. Let the loaves cool in the pans for 15 minutes before removing them. Transfer the loaves to a wire rack to cool completely.
