Follow the steps in order for the best result.
Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the tilapia fillets to the hot pan.
Season the tilapia with half of the lime juice, salt, cumin, and southwest seasoning blend.
Cook the tilapia until golden brown on one side, then flip the fillets. Season the other side with the remaining lime juice, salt, cumin and southwest seasoning.
Continue cooking until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Warm a small pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Place the tortillas in the pan, heating each side until warm and pliable.
Fill each tortilla with a portion of the cooked tilapia. Top with your favorite toppings, such as sour cream, guacamole, minced onion, shredded cheese, and fresh salsa.
