Follow the steps in order for the best result.
Begin by thoroughly washing both the ripe and unripe mangoes.
Chop the unripe mangoes into smaller pieces. Place the chopped unripe mangoes in a pot and add 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil.
While the unripe mangoes are boiling, cut the ripe mangoes into chunks. Add the ripe mango pieces to the pot with the boiling unripe mangoes.
Continue to boil the mixture for approximately 15 minutes, or until the unripe mangoes become somewhat translucent. At this point, add the sugar and continue boiling until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a blender or mixer and blend until you achieve a smooth paste.
Add approximately 3 liters of water to the mango paste. Mix well to combine. Strain the mixture to remove any fibers or lumps, ensuring a smooth final product.
Pour the strained Mango Frooti into bottles and store them in the refrigerator. Serve chilled for the best refreshing experience.
