Method

Begin by cooking the cauliflower florets in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook until the cauliflower is just barely crisp-tender. Once cooked, drain the cauliflower thoroughly.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and the desired amount of crushed red chili pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant and just begins to turn golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
Add the drained cauliflower to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently to ensure that all the florets are evenly coated with the garlic-infused oil.
Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately as a flavorful side dish.
