  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced paper thin
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 ounces balsamic vinaigrette

Method

Follow the steps in order for the best result.

  1. Slice the focaccia loaf into four equal wedges and arrange them on a serving plate.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. Divide the tomato mixture evenly, placing one-quarter of it on top of each focaccia wedge.
  4. Sprinkle one-quarter of the mozzarella cheese cubes over each portion.
