Follow the steps in order for the best result.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the brie cheese (either a small or large wheel) in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until it is softened and slightly melted.
While the brie is baking, warm the French bread in the oven until it's lightly toasted and heated through.
As the brie and bread are warming, prepare the peach salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, and minced jalapeno.
Add the fresh orange juice, chopped fresh cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the salsa mixture. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
To serve, place the warm brie on a serving platter. Arrange the toasted French bread slices around the brie.
Spoon the fresh peach salsa over the brie and bread, or serve it alongside for dipping.
Optional: For an extra touch of flavor, drizzle with blackberry coulis before serving. Enjoy!
